At Cambridge Casual, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your selection, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a refund; include the provided RMA slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
